Forgive my lack of understanding, but when I put in church information and place the name of the church in the organization tab, it does not show the name of the church in the Print Batch Receipts. There is no first name/last name for a church so it makes sense to put the name of the church in the organization section, but in trying to print that report I am having to guess which church it is. Any help is greatly appreciated! |

Brian, I am no longer able to see my church files at all. When I go to donor files and click the organization tab and then a letter, there is nothing there. It is like anything that was filed as an organization has disappeared. Do you have any ideas? Thank you! |

Brian,
I have not even begun to use CenterPiece (waiting to get DSL equipment) but I wanted to know if there is a place in client managment to put in information on hotline calls. We get several calls and sometimes they will not even give us their names, but it would help me keep track of what my volunteers are dealing with. Thanks! |

Carlye,
Yes, I would like to be able to look at the number of calls, items discussed, etc. I would also like to be able to report on these things. It does not have to be tied to a client file because so often they will not give their name. Although I would like to have info for follow up if that is requested such as sending them info, making an appointment, etc. Is that possible? Thanks! Vicki |

When I run a Center Productivity Report for 2004 I am showing that I had three clients who did not change their abortion view. In reality we only had one...is there a reason why the report is showing that? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Vicki |
