Appointment Names Changing Improperly

| This issue happens very randomly. It occurred 3 times last week and twice this week and numerous time before that.
When we review the schedule to make sure that we have marked either 'No Show' or 'Show' we are noticing that a client name has been changed to "Unknown, unknown". At first we thought one of our users was doing something wrong and we have re-educated our users but the issue is still happening. It is very random and happens with all catogries of appointments. | Sarah, The time is at the bottom of the general form it says "Last updated:" and gives a time.
I will check the admidistration section for login times and keep you posted if I find anything.

Group Classes

| I have two suggestions for features in the Group Classes. 1. After clicking on 'Add to Waiting List', the list of classes comes up. Could this list be alphabetized? and 2. When you click on a waiting list class, Could the list of clients on the list be printed out? Thanks for your help. |

| When we first purchased the Center Piece Software I was under the impression that you were working on an abstinence module to track information about teaching abstinence in the schools. Could you let me know what the status of this is? What are the main features and when do you plan a release?

| We would love to have a place to enter prayer requests for our clients and the ability to send them to MS Word or Excel.

System Running VERY Slow

| The Centerpiece system is running VERY slow. This strated yesterday evening. It is taking up to 30 seconds for a screen to come up. Is there any reason this is happening? |

Ultrasound Monthly Report

| I ran my first Monthly Ultrasound report and in #6 What is the primary purpose of each visit? out of 299 visits we had 285 unknown. What are we entering wrong?
Also, in # 13. and #22 through #25 I have "Label" showing in all the total boxes. What does that mean? |
