Physician Sign Off Ultrasound Report

| We just started using this wonderful new addition to ekyros and it is very exciting!! We just have one question? When the report prints it does not include everything from the ultrasound report, is there a reason behind this? In particular, our nurses would like to have weeks and days pregnant listed on the report after the doctor signs off. |

Serach for Files & Reports

| Sear for files: Since we use "keywords" for our file numbers we would like to see "keywords" added back to the search capabilities. It would also help to be able to search by birthdate since our clients change last names or just don't give us their real name.
Reports: I would also like to see more flexabiitiy in the reports for donors. I don't quite understand why the choices are so limited. For example, I can't find all those who gave $200 one time donations...only those who gave a ... |

| Hi Ashleigh,
Thanks for the "directions" on how to search by keyword, birthdate, etc! The people who do our client data entry will be soooo excited to hear this information. As I usually work in the Donor program, I don't really have a need for that. However, city and zip searches might come in handy.
I never thought of looking under "Receipting" for this report. Thanks for the information!

November 2012 Update - Donor Receipts

| Since the Nov 2012 update, the letters I put in "Donor Receipts" are being formated as one paragraph. I am also having trouble entering the closing of the letter. I did not use the signature block in the previous updates because our ED signs each receipt. I tried to enter the closing that way, but it is not showing up that way either. |

| The enter key did enter a double space, but it did not stay that way when I saved it. However, the shift+enter done twice did create a double space that saved. Thanks, Melinda |

| As mentioned in my earlier post (after reading Ashleigh's reply), the "enter" did create a new paragraph, but did not save that way. So...it is not working. However, I was able to create a new paragraph by using "shift & enter" twice. |

Returning Client Forms

| I love the new "Quick Form" for new clients so I was wondering if something like that could be done for return clients. Perhaps there could be a "save and continue" which would go from "Case" to "Case Visit" to "Concepts Shared" to "Pregnancy Test" to "Referral". Our data entry people are constantly interrupted so it is hard for them to keep track of "where they left off" when entering a client's data. |

| Yes it makes perfect sense! This is the first day I've not been "under pressure" to do financial stuff so I'm happy to be doing and learning something else. |
