| Hi, I need some advice to a situation at work. We have a new sonographer who was trained and took the NIFLA training course. When she came back, she had made alot of changes to how we do things here at the center. Grant it, I know her heart is in the right place and I do believe in changes, with that said, I do however feel that alot of the changes has interferred with my counseling.
