Appointments

| Will there ever be a way to have the appointments that have been made and what is still available and then making the appointments in a more centralized way? Where you could for instance just look at the calendar when an appointment is available and click on that without having to go through so many steps. It is easy for me because I work with it daily, but it is difficult for volunteers to remember every step they must make. We have had quite a few problems where someone will have forgotten ... |

| Okay- I will try to explain this a little better. Before we started using ekyros, we had a seperate system for our client information and statistics and then another for making appointments. This system was extremely simple where on one page it had all the times listed that were available that day and for what room etc. LIke 9:00-10:00 (pregnancy test or room 1 etc.), 10:00-11:00 etc. and if something had already been made it was on the same page with that person's appointment, name etc. for ... |

| I noticed in the form that we are suppose to fill out for Focus on the Family Ultrasound that they ask something about how many clients are in school, the only question on your forms is what is the highest level they have completed. I know that you have a Focus on the Family report that can be pulled; how is that question answered. I don't know of a question that asks about if they are currently in high school etc or not. |

Counseling only sessions

| I was wondering how I record and how it comes out on a report or statistic when clients just come in for counseling? I know there is a place on the pregnanct test form where you can mark if they had a test outside of the center but if I use that for counseling only clients, how does that show up on reports? |

| When our clients are interested in trying to remain abstinent, we offer them an opportunity to sign a pledge card. Is there any place where we can record when a client does this and then furthermore be able to pull a report or statistic on it?
