Donor Management Report - Lapsed Donor 11/12/2012 10:16:10 AM   (Total replies: 2)
I am needing to run a report for donors who came over from a previous software program that haven't donated. We switched to Ekyros in 2010. The lapsed donor report won't get the information I need. Any suggestions?

Thank you. I will give that a try.

Care Net Renewal 2015 2/11/2016 8:12:37 AM   (Total replies: 2)
Care Net Question: Who accompanied the clients to their appointments in 2015 (include both individuals who came into the appointment room with a client and those who stayed in the waiting room)? We have been answering this in the Client Case Visit. What report do I run to get this information? Thank you.

Nevermind. I see know it has been added to the Care Net Report.

It would be helpful if the report could be run by locations. Thank you, Dawn Opperman

Originating location should work. Thank you!

Average time it takes to enter a client's preg test visit? 4/10/2014 7:07:32 AM   (Total replies: 3)
We are trying to find out how long it should take on average to enter a client's pregnancy test visit into Ekyros. It seems to take approx. 20 minutes per client from start to finish using the quick form. We are just wanting some feedback from others on this topic. Thank you.

CareNet Report - Question 36 1/18/2012 7:44:25 AM   (Total replies: 1)
Question 36, clients who were initally assessed as abortion-minded, is not reflecting the correct number. The pregnancy test statistics report, at-risk assessment - initial, shows the correct number, but for some reason is not carrying over to the CareNet Report. Not sure if I am missing something or what. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Q37 A & B are both zero. Q 38 A & B are both one. Q 39 A & B are both two. Therefore, Q 36 A & B are both three. But the total should be five were abortion minded which is what the statistics report shows.
