| What determines the year the client shows up in state reports?
Ex: I clicked on a client that showed up in a drill down list I pulled from a 2011 Care Net stats report and she had a PT last summer and Ab last September. Why did she show up in the 2011 stats? Does it go by due date?
If so, then do clients in the latter part of each year carry over to the next year's stats? If this is the case I can't believe I've missed this for so long. |

| John Doe, our faithful donor owns a small business. He sometines gives as John & Mary Doe and he sometimes gives as John's Camera Shop. Do we maintain 2 separate files, one with the 'file this one as an organization' box checked and one with just the personal info? If he and his wife attend our banquet and give as John's Camera Shop, then is John's Camera Shop a guest at the banquet? So are there 2 versions of John at the banquet? I searched the forums and couldn't find another thread on this. ... |

| We've been using eKyros for 2 years and for the most part it's wonderful. Some features of donor management, however, are causing me some real frustration.
I want to provide year-end batch receipts to donors whose total giving was $200 or more. On the batch receipt field, if you specify an amount range, this filter applies to INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS, not to year-end totals. Thus, if you tell it you want donations greater than 200, it only shows the individual donations of 200+ in the batch, and ... |

| I thought I had this all figured out. I created, exported, and printed a report containing all of my donor files. When I created the report I sorted alphabetically by last name. At the beginning of this report I now find 11 duplicate "ghost" files with different file #'s from the file it is duplicating. Is this a sort of recycle bin or something?
Where did these come from?
These ARE NOT in the regular alphabetical donor file section. |
