I was recently hired by our center as the nurse manager. I am looking foreward to the NIFLA ultrasound training course and other training sessions to help educate me on everything going on with pregnancy resource centers. I am looking at how to chart when we are a limited medical clinic and would love to keep all of my charting on e-kryos along with the counselors and wondering if that is appropriate. Also I don't see any of the pre-ultrasound history or anything separating "nursing" or medical ... |

Our clinic is in the conversion process of going medical. We are wondering if there are any medical forms on e-kyros or if there is a way to make your own forms with specific information. Our hope is for the medical charting to be on the computer as much as possible. Thanks for any suggestions.
