The nurse at our center was also asking about the ultrasound form. We'd love to have a way to note the presence of multiples. Thanks, Malia

Hi Nancy and Sarah, My data entry person asked me a question regarding the pregnancy history form the other day, so I thought I'd add my input to item 2 on Nancy's question! She basically asked the same question, noting that it would be helpful to have an editing ability instead of having to delete and re-enter. I know she would appreciate an edit feature, so it may be something to consider on the next CenterPiece update. We continue to LOVE working with all of you. Thanks so ...

concepts shared 7/10/2006 1:12:12 PM   (Total replies: 1)
We've just finished our first official month using CenterPiece to log our statistics. When we ran the client productivity report it showed all of our "concepts shared" clients in general. Is there any way that we can also have them broken down by which concepts were shared with the client, i.e how many we prayed with or gave Bibles to? Thank you! Malia

Although I was able to fix the problem I ran across on this particular day, I have had several problems with the resources tab. It seems to be one of the more complicated processes, so I'm not sure if it's my own glitch in sequencing or if it has to do with the software. I'm not having a problem with it currently, but thought I would mention it in case others are having the same issues. Thanks! Malia

editing the daily schedule 6/13/2006 2:53:54 PM   (Total replies: 3)
Hi Ekyros Team! I am having an issue today with editing a daily schedule. We are using our resource free/busy tab to indicate when different people are available. It's a bit confusing, but it has been working for us. Today I wanted to schedule in a lunch break for our nurse. I edited her daily schedule, but did it wrong (I put 12-1 instead of 1-2). When I tried to fix my mistake by doing another daily edit for her it isn't overriding the last one. I tried to shut down my browser and ...

Ok, I fixed it...is there a way to delete my comments after I post them in cases like this? :)

I am guessing that neither of these guides have come out yet...when they do will they be listed with the rest of the pdf files?

Yes, that does make sense, and it was close to the logic that I was guessing. However, when we added the zip code in the general tab it didn't post one to the new case. I realize now that this is probably because the client data is updated each evening, right?

Oh, I get it now! Only when a new case is added after the general information is the zip code filled in...you did say that before, but I was a little slow today. How silly of me...thanks for all the details and your persistence. I like the way you guys think through all this stuff!

I've noticed that many of your fields update automatically on one form when we enter them on another form (which is VERY helpful). However, when we enter a client's zip in the file info it doesn't seem to update the "cases" file. Is there a reason for that? If not, could you link the two fields? Thanks!
