Multiple Center Suggestion 11/7/2014 9:06:14 AM   (Total replies: 1)
It would be a HUGE plus if E-Kyros would help those of us with multiple centers to make each location appointment page (or entire location pages) different colors. Than we could easily recognize what center we are making the appointment on. It's way too easy to make appointments at the wrong location if we forget to check the little box at the top showing what center we are making an appointment. BTW, we really appreciate all the great updates!

Spiritual Assessment 8/27/2012 4:26:36 PM   (Total replies: 2)
I think there needs to be more options to record spiritual progress. What I mean is that there is an option to record if someone either becomes a believer or returns to their faith, and there is a place to record if they prayed to be saved. But we cannot record that 1) they believe in God (not that they are saved) and 2) that the advocate prayed with or for the client. I want to record the number of clients we were able to pray with; it's oftentimes baby steps.

Hi Ashleigh, Sorry I'm so late getting back with you on this. Thanks for responding to my questions. The information is in the initial assessment under Spiritual Assessment which is good, but I think we should add the Spiritual assessment in the timeline under the final assessment too because there are clients who start out unbelievers and eventually come to know Christ. It would be nice to track that. I believe we need to be able to understand and record just how much spiritual progress ...

Ashleigh, That's a good thought... to be able to track prayer at each visit, not just first time. And, yes I think replacing "praciticing Christian" for "already a believer" would make our tracking process a lot more clear to volunteers. So, what is the process used in order to get this to happen? Just asking so I can know what to tell my volunteers. Thanks so much! Linda
