Care Net Report- FOB and Exit Survey 2/24/2014 11:03:14 AM   (Total replies: 1)
Hello there, Can you please tell me if there are plans to incorporate the newest STAT requirements from Care Net into a client form so that we an track this? 1. Relationship of FOB to the at-risk positive test client 2. Exit survey questions Thank you Laura

merging duplicate files 7/5/2013 12:52:42 PM   (Total replies: 1)
Is there a way to add "Date of Birth" as way to narrow the search in the list of duplicate files? I find that we can have 2 files w/ same first and last name but different adresses. I have to open each case and check the DOB to see if it is the same person. Having duplicate DOB show in the list would be a great help. Thank you

tracking unique clients 2/12/2013 3:05:39 PM   (Total replies: 2)
I am trying to find out how many unique clients we serve in a year. From what I can see, when I run that search, I can get unique clients in a month, but, if they come back in subsequent months (as our Parenting Program clients do), they are counted again each month. Thanks, Laura

So that option has been there all along, eh? It is so nice to learn something new. I'm feeling a bit dense here, but thank you so much!! :)

Hmmmmm...I will have to go into some of our client files and double check, but, as far as I know we do enter the primary reason for the visit with every client. Not sure why only 3 would be showing up for the entire year. Thx

Well, I just started opening up some of the pregnancy test client files and am finding that the "case visit-primary purpose-pregnancy test" is showing up in alot more than 3 clients for the year but they are not included in the unique client stat for the year. Any other ideas? True, some had a primary reason for visit of ultrasound. But I found 7 to start that had pregnancy test listed as primary reason.

adding a satellite 3/21/2012 2:46:40 PM   (Total replies: 1)
We will be adding a satellite location in the near future. (we will be taking on a small center that already exists). Since we are already at the highest # of client files, is there any added cost to add a second location? We will need to add additional user accounts. Is that $50/year? I did read the info in the help menu for adding another location. One more question: The other center has all of their files in paper form only( about 350). Should we just begin adding their client files ...
