Re: Tracking Volunteer Hours 1/26/2009 3:20:03 PM   (Total replies: 1)
My input on this regards how eKyros should implement the volunteer tracking. It is my understanding that most of the PRC's are not giving every single volunteer a userid/login. Most of them are set up that only a few people actually interact with CenterPiece on line and the others are using a printed form to convey the information that is put in the system by data entry people. Keeping that in mind, I would suggest that this be a security feature that only some people have access to, that ...

Category Feature for Reports 2/1/2009 8:42:51 PM   (Total replies: 2)
I would like to request that you add the "Category" field to the statistical reports drop-downs. I am classifying our clients when we intake them for our own informational purposes. However, because this field is not listed in the drop-downs for statistical reports, I am not able to run them against any other demographic information. It would be helpful if these two areas could "see" each other. Thanks. Kelly

Client File Summary in Bulk 1/26/2009 3:28:56 PM   (Total replies: 0)
Is there a way to print the Client File Summaries for all of our existing clients, or according to certain parameters, as one report? Or...is this report only available from within the invidividual client files? Thanks much in advance for your help! Kelly

This request was actually the work around for the problem of tracking client's children's ages. Our program allows them to participate until their child is age 3. The Board of Directors wanted to make a change to age 2. The only place that info is listed is the individual file summary. I have no way to tell them, from one report, how many women that will impact. Additionally, to be able to print them in bulk would give us a way to just review our files and make sure we're catching all the ...

Re: Using The Calendar 1/26/2009 2:20:41 PM   (Total replies: 1)
We ran into these same issues at our center as well. I have addressed it by using the calendar features in Microsoft Outlook. I have found most people have Outlook because they are also using Word and Excel for report downloads. In Outlook you can make multiple calendars and choose which one you would like to see on the left side of the screen. I have made a calendar for Volunteer schedules and also for our Group Classes just so the receptionist can see what group is meeting when in a ...

Report Options Pregnancy History 1/26/2009 3:27:07 PM   (Total replies: 0)
I would like to see a report that will give us information on the "Pregnancy History" portion of the client files. Right now our center will accept a woman into the program as long as she has a child that is 3 years old or less - whether she is pregnant or not. I am aware that many PRCs operate this way. We are looking at possibly having to reduce the age to 2 years old or less. Because there are no reports against the whole database that will give us this information, we have no way of ...
