Donation and Pledge Letter Combinations 5/6/2008 10:52:55 PM   (Total replies: 1)
At our first Banquet we accepted Donations, Pledges, and first payments on Pledges all at the same time. Now we would like to send three different response letters to those that 1) just donated (90) vs. 2) those that both donated and pledged (20) vs. 3) those that just Pledged (10)..rather than sending two response letters: Donation & Pledge for the 20. Microsoft Software donations for PRC's 1/15/2009 10:00:26 AM   (Total replies: 2)
Since eKyros requires MS/Word and MS/Excel for downloads, I am trying to get donated Microsoft software via TechSoup. Categories not sticking 5/6/2008 7:13:56 AM   (Total replies: 1)
In Donor management, under one file, I insert a tenth category code in the List of same, Close that list, and then I Apply two category codes from that list to this Donor. The two that were applied show up on the Donor Form below the Categories button as expected. However, I then Save and Close the Donor form and re-open that form for that donor and there are no applied categories listed for this Donor. Am I seeing a real bug? Am I the first to report it? Thanks.

Seems to have been related to a shortage of memory at that time on that PC. Several other things in Centerpiece also would "not stick" or work only partially (New Designation type, Hold Mail Flag setting, etc.). May have been due to a RealNetworks background task trying to get me to let it install an update.
