Changine the Format of Receipt 10/26/2009 5:50:31 PM   (Total replies: 1)
We want to print the donation statement on our own letterhead. How can we delete the Center address at the top and the Donation Statement wording so we can do that?

I'm sorry but I cannot see the relevance of this thread to what I was asking. I want to change the address and donation statement at the top of the receipt not the bottom.

We send out donor statements monthly through the report section, "Batch Receipts" When that report comes up, it has the Center name and address in the upper left hand corner and the words Donor Statement in the upper right hand corner. I want that removed so I can print the report on our letter head. Otherwise it will not fit on the page. Sorry I was not clear. Thank you for your help.

Okay, I found the solution - if you ever get this question here is the answer: To print donation statements on Letterhead: 1. Create statements as usual with Batch Receipts 2. Export to MS Word 3. Save in Word under whatever heading you want (it has to be saved as document to work) 4. Open that document 5. MS Word has the option called Replace (in different places depending on which version) 6. Type in each line of address separately in "find what" box 7. Leave the "replace with" box ...

Pregnancy Outcome Statistics 12/7/2009 12:10:15 PM   (Total replies: 1)
I was trying to get some end of the year statistics and went to "statistics" and for the year of 2008 I clicked "outcome" in the measures slot, and it showed that we have 334 that still have no outcome set. That number is almost 1/3 of all our positive tests. When I produced a list of those that had not outcome set, a lot of them were negative tests. Why would negative tests be in the outcome set column? How can I get an accurate statistic?

That would be fine or just "negative test" something to separate the negatives from those positives that have "no outcome set" Is there another place where I can get the statistics I need: Unable to contact, miscarriage, birth, aborted? I could not find a report that supplied all of those.

File Summary Report 10/22/2009 4:49:32 PM   (Total replies: 1)
We are having to shred our past client forms (closed from years prior to 2008/2009) because of sheer storage space. We print out the file summary report when a return client comes back. However, that report does not reflect the result of the past case unless she gives birth. It only reflects the children. Am I missing something? Also, we have closed files as "unknown" outcome because we were never able to follow-up due to disconnected phone #, etc. Then the client comes in and we discover ...

I'm trying to see how many abortions we have had reported in a given time frame, this year, last year. I thought before there was a statistic that showed that but I can't find it. Can you help me?
