| We just received a call from a person who was listed as making a pledge for our recent campaign. He said he didn't know how we got his name and that he will not be making the pledge payment. How do we reverse out his pledge? |

| We have recently started using bulk mail for our plea letters and other fund-raising notifications and am wondering if there is a way that the "canned" receipt can be altered so it is just a thank you letter rather than referencing any "tax deductible donations" or any other verbiage that reflects a "personal" letter which is, of course, disallowed using bulk mail. There are times when we could include these receipts with plea letters, etc which would be a substantial savings for our ... |

| We were told by the post office that we could not use bulk mail for any "personal" mail which would include verbiage such as "Tax Receipt", "Receipt", Keep this notice as a receipt for tax purposes", Keep this for your records". We can use verbiage such as "your contribuion may be tax-deductible", "no goods or services were provided in exchange for this gift", "The IRS requires written substantiation of charitable gifts for $250 or more", provided that nothing else in the piece indicates ... |

| Is there a way to set up an automatically generated letter for specific individuals who would like a reminder letter (monthly invoice) to remind them to make their payments. These people do not want to set up an automatic monthly contribution via either bank account or credit card at this time. |

| Is there a way to set up a donor account so that it will only print the annual receipt rather than whenever the donor gives? I now have several people who wish only annual "statements" which is a postage and cost-saving strategy. Thanks!

| I am looking for a report(s) that would give me financial information - i.e. total contributions by donor. (this would be helpful if it could also be done for specific date perameters.) I pull the donation report and see an entire list of contributions made by a specific donor - what about a total? Also, new subject, is it possible to set up a donor to receive only an annual donation statement rather than have one print each time a contribution is made. I am a new user so tips and tricks ... |
