| We had 2 boyfriends make a profession of faith, along with their girlfriends last week! How is the best way to track the males so that they will show up in our stats?

The newest update for mid January looks great!
We all appreciate the work you all do at eKYROS to help us spend more time with the clients and less with number details.

| When I do a report on Staff, Peer Counselors, etc. It does not pull in what church they attend when I have gone to all the trouble to create a drop down of the area churches.
Should I have entered them under organizations??? That does not make sense to do that.
So is there a way to run a report to list what churches our volunteers are coming from? |

| Several people entered volunteer data and now we have multiples of the same person, how can we delete one of the names when they have been used in client files? |

| Hi Brian,
I printed out copies of the summary of the 3 duplicate volunteers.
I removed the volunteer names from all client files and knew this would be updated overnight. Today I drilled down and have clients that were not on the volunteer's summary yesterday. I also have a group of clients with an "Unknown" volunteer. I thought when I clicked on the total, all client files for that particular volunteer would be seen.
Am I overlooking a step?

| Pregnancy dates and dates that a client accepted Jesus are often unknown. I have been entering 1/1/??? but would like to know when that is not the actual date. Sometimes all the client knows for sure is the year. |
