| You may have already made the switch by now, but in the event you haven't, here's my two cents :D Our center switched to ekyros two years ago this past January. I have LOVED learning how to utilize Cenerpiece and have found it to be an amazing program! Anytime I've had questions, if the help section doesn't have the answers I've needed, our contact person has always been so willing to help. The training videos provided were great & thoroughly explained how to use the system. I HIGHLY recommend ... |

Entering a new sponsor

| In the new update, did we lose the option to add a new sponsor in the Fundraising section? In the past when I've entered information for an event in and the donor is not already in they system there was an ellipses (hope that's spelled correctly) tab next to where you search for the donor name. While entering info today I noticed that little box was gone. If it's still there, forgive me, my eyes are bugged out from entering our walk data. If it really is gone, can it be put back? searching for client file

| Normally when we search for a client file, we type the first two letters of the last and first names...yesterday after entering the file, we went to search for the file (typing 2 letters of first/last name) but it never would come up. The only way we could search for it was by entering the field ID. Is there a way to fix this without deleting the whole file and starting over? This is the only client file we've had this problem with. |

| Is there a way to enter donations given during an event all together on one screen instead of entering each individual donor one at a time? I'm loving centerpiece!! :) Still learning how to navigate through everything. Thanks in advance for your help! |

| I don't...one of our supporting churches hosted a luncheon to benefit our center, so I didn't add any of the donors in as sponsors...should I do that? I was hoping by creating an event for the luncheon, it would make it easier to track what came in through it. Maybe I should do that... |
