At Risk Timeline/ Final Assessment? 1/6/2010 10:39:48 AM   (Total replies: 1)
I have noticed while looking at the At Risk Timeline for several of our clients it shows the "Final Assessment" as AM or AV even though the client may have had an ultrasound and the nurse's assessment was Likely to Carry". Can you tell me why this is showing the counselors final assessment instead the actual last assessment- which would be the nurse's? Is this being generated automatically? I am concerned because many girls who changed thier minds are not showing up in our statistics as having ...

Minds Changed 10/28/2009 9:37:34 AM   (Total replies: 1)
I have two questions about statistics. I need to find the number of girls that came in abortion minded or abortion vulnerable and chose life. 1. Can you tell me the best way to pull this statistic? 2. If I run a report to find the number that "Changed Abortion View" is it basing this statistic off of the counselors assessment or off of what the client states her intentions are? I am concerned that I may not be getting an accurate statistic for the number of women who change their ...

Can you also post the instructions for the best way to find the number of abortion minded girls who chose life? Thank you.

Pregnancy Intentions 11/4/2009 11:02:32 AM   (Total replies: 1)
If a client has a negative test we would list their intentions after counseling as "not applicable". So would we list their initial intentions the same way? Or should we record their actual intentions when they came in? Thank you!

One other question! If I am pulling a report of minds changed- it will reflect the intentions at last contact, correct? So if a client's intentions after the ultrasound were still AV, but a nurse makes a follow-up call and she states that she will CTT, I can just update the "Final Assessment" on the case form and this will reflect in our statistics?

Pregnancy Intentions Statistics 9/10/2009 9:23:13 AM   (Total replies: 1)
I know how to find statistics for pregnancy intentions before and after support. However, I want to find the statistics for (1) Intentions before and after counseling, and (2) Intentions before and after ultrasound without having repeats so that I can know for sure how many are changing their mind after just counseling, and how many are changing their mind after ultrasound. Can you explain to me how I can get these numbers?

I will try this. Is there currently any way (or could a feature be added so we can) run a report based on categories so that we could quickly run an accurate report that gives us "Clients who changed mind after counseling" and "Client who changed mind after ultrasound"? If we could create categories for those two things and then just run a report that gives us the totals it would be a fast and easy way to give our board accurate numbers. Thanks!

In following your instructions above, I would be pulling "pregnancy intentions before support" and "pregnancy intentions after support" as two seperate reports and sonogram intentions before and after support as two reports for a total of four reports. Is that correct?

Ok, I can pull both of those reports. I am still having a problem understanding how I am suppose to go through and manually delete duplicates. Does that mean by creating a list of names and doing it that way? That was my understanding and that seems like an excessive amount of work to get the statistic. It gives me a number of girls who were abortion minded that left choosing to parent, adoption, or carry to term undecided. That is three lists just for that report, then I would have to pull ...

Literature 9/10/2009 4:58:45 PM   (Total replies: 1)
We have created a long list under "Literature" and now I want to delete some of those things we do not use. I see where I can go in and edit the list and it gives me the option to delete, however when I click delete it says "Cannot delete record. This item is referenced by form." Can you tell me how to delete these brochures we no longer want on the list?
