Is there some way that non-client items can show on the home page of a staff memeber without entering it as a follow up? I am having to double enter things like tours, once in the calendar and once in staff follow-up. Doesn't really make sense if they are assigned to a specific employee. Just wondering.

It hasn't been working that way. When I enter the item (tour for example) and uncheck the client scheduled appointment box. I then assign it to a staff member. For some reason it doesn't show up in our office page. Clients show up there. Follow-ups show up there, but non-client items that have been assigned to a staff member do not show up. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Sure it must be operator error. It seems logical that if it is assigned to someone it should show up on their Office ...

Is there a way to use the scheduler for everything that goes on here at the center? For example if we were looking at the 11 am time slot could we have an initial assessment, a EWYL session and a tour all scheduled at one time? Our concern is that when you mark them all as "show" that the tour will not allow this because it must be connect to a client ID. Tours obviously would not have "ID's". I don't know if I am asking this question clearly. Let me know if you have an answer or need me to ...
