| That is where I put that information in, but when I ran the reports for August stat's, it would not pull that information for me. It was trying to go to the new form and since there is no information there as of yet, it would not let me (although it would not have been correct if it had). |

I brought this up before, but since you are now handling stats, I thought I'd bring it up again. Under Case Visit, we really need a couple of options added. I think we should add Male STD Screen, Male STD Results, and something for when a male comes in w/ partner for preg. test as well as Male Preg. Support. Right now, all we have for options are ... |
