Donor Statements

| I was creating our annual donor statements & realized that not all the statements were sent to Word. I am missing the last 68 statements. I don't see in the "Generate Statements" how to create a partial list of statements to capture these missing ones. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much! |

| Thank you for your quick reply. I feel a little sheepish, because when I went to re-export the statements I found that you could chose reports 1-250 or 251-400. That's what I needed to do. I appreciate your help!

Listing Donors by City

| Good morning all! We are in a rural area and our Center assists clients from several small towns and our donor base is in several towns. Is there a way to create mailing labels based on our donor's cities? It looks to me like I would need to create a new File Category. Is that correct?

Donor Mailing Labels

| I have donors in the database that will no longer be giving for various reasons. I have marked that it is "not ok to contact", I have made them "inactive", I have marked "Hold Mail." Yet, when I try to print address labels for mailings, they still show up on the list. I don't want to delete them in order to keep the historical information, but I do not like them continuing to show up on the mailing lists.
BTW, when I run my report lists, I do filter out hold mail and inactive.

Setting up an email account

| I have reached my level of knowledge, which isn't much. I am attempting to set up the email portion of this software. We are not on a network, just my desktop. We use live.com for our Center's email account. I am the most computer literate of the office and that isn't saying much. So, how do I determine the server address for our email account?

Creating Receipts for an Individual

| I'm stumped. For some reason, when I use Creating Receipts for an individual, who I know has donated for the date range, their name may or may not show up in the Donor drop down list. Currently, I have 7 donors I need a receipt for, but was only able to pull up 3. Do you have any clues? Thanks so much!

Report for Donor Total Giving for a Date Range

| My director likes to receive from time to time, a report that shows the amounts donors give during various date ranges. I had been going to Donor Files by Giving Capacity & Interest, and printing out the list with Amount >=1. I just figured out that I was picking up ALL donations. Oops.
I've looked in the manual and the forum and just can't seem to find something that would work.
