What I really need to know is: When a client attends a parenting class exactly where and what do I enter on their file in EKYROS so that they are included in the Care Net Report question #8 Thanks again!

pregnancy test entry 6/5/2006 3:05:39 PM   (Total replies: 1)
When a new pregnant client comes in primarily for resources, where in Ekyros can I enter her due date? I don't want to count her as a pregnancy test but do want the due date logged somewhere.

I am concerned about the statistics for Care Net. If I enter the due date on the pregnancy test form as you suggest, for a client who had a positive test elsewhere and only came to our center for material goods, won't the statistics record her as a pregnancy test client?

One of the features I find very helpful is that of clicking on a statistic to pull up the actual client files that the statistic is from. Is there anyway this feature could be available for reports as well? Thanks again Nancy

Care Net Report question 9, 10 & 13 11/22/2006 4:13:38 PM   (Total replies: 1)
In my understanding question # 9 & 10 on the Care Net report refer to clients that are abortion vulnerable or abortion minded and receive options counseling. Question # 13 (number of clients who participated in parenting classes) is not related to options counseling. It seems to me that the stats for these questions are pulled from the same places and are therefore inaccurate. Example: a client who attends our group parenting class is showing up as a statistic under question #9 (indicating ...

I spoke to Kristin at Care Net. She said the stat form for next year has some changes on it and the current question #9 will read: Number of clients that received pregnancy options counseling. The current question #13 will read: Number of clients who participated in parenting education. She also said you folks already know this and so I should see changes in the report. Are there any changes we should make in how or where options counseling vs parenting classes are entered? Thanks for ...

Yes, it makes sense now. Thank you again for following up with this. Nancy

3 questions: 1. How can I edit/add to choices on the referral form? 2. If an error is made on a pregnancy history, is there a way to correct the error without deleting the entry and starting over? 3. On the contact form under the General tab, how do I add or edit churches. When I click the small box to the right of church, I get a new client file web page dialog. Thanks for your help! Nancy
