| Our Center has been getting calls from a rep from iGiveHere. They want us to switch from Egiving and use them for online giving instead. I don't really know much about them but they said they are working with Ekyros. Are they a company that you are working with to integrate donations? Have any other centers switched over? Do you know any benefits to switching over to them. We are happy with Egiving and I also noticed in their promo video that they have a Susan G Kolman website. |

Text Reminders

| When we send out text appointment reminders, we get an email saying our client confirmed but on the scheduler under the confirmation code, there are no letters or confirmation code. It's not updating in ekyros as we received confirmations. The only way we are able to know if a client confirms is by the email. This just started yesterday and is still going on today. Physician Sign off

| Our center is just starting to upload ultrasound scans into ekyros so we created a fake client to test the physician sign off feature and to see how this would work. I now want to delete this fake client but I'm unable to because it says the file is locked. How am I able to unlock it? I signed in as admin and I also signed in as a test physician and I'm unable to delete the signed sonogram forms. It's taking up our data storage so we would like to remove it.

Document Storage

| Is there a way to find out what 10 clients are using our document storage space? I went in the admin and am able to see that our document storage is 41% full. We started to upload drivers licenses but decided not to continue this and I'm not sure what clients we did this for. I'm only able to see that 10 clients are using our storage.

Blank Pages

| Hi, I have a question. When I print any large mailing that I have exported to MS Word, every other page is a blank page. Is there something I can do to avoid this? For example I exported the Walk for Life pledge statements to MS word and there were about 250 statements to print. I ended up printing 500 pages and every other page was blank. Our center is charged per copy. We can't afford to pay for blank pages. Also it is way too time consuming to go through all 250 in Word and delete the blank ... |

| Hi Ashleigh,
I thought it was too much text too so I just printed the Batch Receipts and didn't add any wording and it still has a blank page between every page. It doesn't matter if the donor has a lot of donations listed or only one donation. It still leaves me with a blank page.

| I am using MS Office 2003 and I export the document to Word, then I print them. I don't make any changes once it has been exported to Word

| Hi,
I didn't hear back from you but I did change the top and bottom margins to .20 instead of .25 and that seemed to work on my current mailing. Let me know if you find out anything else.

Lapsed Donor Report

| Hi our center wants to send out two different end of the year letters. One letter to donors who made a donation in 2009 and one letter to people on our donor list who haven't donated in 2009 but have made donations in the past. I was able to run this report in the Lapsed Donor Report but my problem is we want to send out letters to these people and I don't see anyway to filter out the donors who don't receive mail. All the other reports have the "hold mail" yes or no option but not this report. ... |
