I am wondering how other Nurse Managers keep records of volunteer/staff training, medical information for each member, documentation of staff education, etc. I am feeling overwhelmed and don't where to begin! Is it possible to combine any of these? Any recommendations or information you can share with me on how to tackle this task would be very much appreciated.

I am wondering how to document correctly on the sonogram form in ekyros when the outcome is a miscarriage that has been confirmed by our Medical Director. Should it be left as "inconclusive" with a comment that this was a miscarrige? I attempted to document as "conclusive" but could not because that requires a gestational age. Is there any additional documentation I may be missing?
