How would you recommend using the category (home visits) in the correspondence form? Would this apply to off-site visits? We have an opportunity to visit a client off site.
Thanks,

Soon our Center will be requiring a copy of our Client's drivers license. Would it be possible in the future to scan a photo or down load a photo and attach it to the Client's eKYROS "Client File"?
Thanks,

Here are a few reasons for requiring Identification;
One more step for the Center's protection against "fake" Clients and/or Client's posing as another person as was suggested by an article I read and found that there are some PRC 's implementing the required ID.
Our consultants have commented many times how nice it would be connect a face to a name for a more personal touch.
Confirmation of the client being referred from one of our Centers to the other ahead of time

As a convenience feature for charting, is it possible when entering a Client's Relationship, say for a boyfriend that it could automatically update the boyfriend's file relationship as well?
Like the zip code concept in the Client file updates the zip code in the case file.
Thanks,
Gina |

STD Testing/Multiple Sites

We have 3 STD Consultations;
STD#1 Consultation-Center 2 (Satellite) and referred to Center1 for collection. (new visit type)
STD#2 Collection-Center1 (new/return visit type?)
STD#3 Results-Center1 (return visit type)
On the Case Visit Form / Visit Type for Center 1 would Client still be considered NEW? When charting this Client I choose New but would like confirmation.
Thanks,
Gina |

Thank you, I did read this after the first question I posed. I think I am looking for the most efficient/quickest way to chart only what is asked of us in reports.
Thanks for your thoughts.

Care-Net report asks for statistics concerning the "Number of clients who received one-on-one abstinence counseling" what are the best options for tracking this information? We are currently tracking through the Inividual Education form.
Your thoughts are most appreciated
