Client Activity Reports

| Our center converted to eKYROS beginning July 1. Over 850 client records were converted into the new system at that time. I have added activities for these clients. I have also added initial visit and other activities for new clients. The problem is that when I run the client activity report, the numbers for new/repeat clients are not correct. If an activity is the first one added to a client's eKYROS file even though the client is a repeat client, does this visit get tagged as "new?" Is ... |

| I would prefer to mark each visit manually. That may be because that's what I'm used to doing though. Thanks for all your hard work, Brian. Hope San Diego was wonderful! |
