Changing a case number

I have a client with two children they each have a case number. Unfortunately I gave them case 2 and 3 when they are actually 1 and 2. Is there a way to change the case numbers without deleting the whole file and re entering their information?
I named them 2 and 3 from the beginning because a few years ago-before using ekyros she had been a client .
We started numbering the cases from clients January 1, 2017 when we began using ekyros --previous cases prior to 1-1-17 are numbered ... |

Is there a way to run a report that breaks down what referrals were given? I have found the report that tells how many referrals were given and to who but I really need a list of how many people received which referrals. Can you help? |

Hi Friends,
I do need a little more information on how to use the abstinence section of the case file. the training video and the pdf does not go into this situation in the detail needed.
It asks if the client made a commitment or not. we track if we presented abstinence to a client. Can you clairfy the exact steps and questions we should ask? |

is there a way to watch the training videos without logging into centerpiece? our director doesn't want us logging in unless we are in the office and I would like to catch up at home on the training

new to ekyros/carenet report

This is our first year using ekyros for our carenet report.
We have been entering all 2017 client visits. Many past clients have been returning for supplies. They are not new clients in 2017 they are returning from previous years.( all clients may receive supplies until their child is 3 years old so I may have client with their initial visit back in 2015). The care net summary report i am running is counting these all as new clients for the 2017. To fix this do I need to delete all ... |
