| Hello! I am just getting to know eKYROS and was wondering if I could get some help with staff management somewhere? We have lots of staff/volunteers that we would like to keep track of. We would like to be able to track their training and then run reports to see who is where in their training, etc. Is this possible? If so, could you point me in the direction of a user's guide or instructions somewhere? Thank you so much!

Group Classes

| Hello! I am looking at the group classes. I have scheduled individuals for classes and some they have attended and some they have not. Is there a way to track or even to see the classes they were scheduled for and then did not attend-I see where I can view the classes they have attended. We need to see how many of our clients are scheduling classes and not attending. Thank you so much for your help!

| Yes-thank you for clarification-they are scheduled in the class roster under group classes and it shows up when they attend the class (after we check that they attended). The issue is that when they do not show up for the class and their name is not clicked as attending, it is not showing up anywhere. We would like to be able to see if they were scheduled for a group class and did not attend. I hope this makes sense! Thanks again! |

| Hello! Our pregnancy center is growing...we have several classrooms and several classes going on at the same time. Is there a way to:
1. Change the view of the calendar so that we can look and see, all on one screen, what class is available and what time it meets on a particular day
2. If the class is full or not-it doesn't appear that we can limit class sizes with the group classes
Example: We want to be able to pull up a calendar and see that Classroom A is available for a Parenting ... |

So, can I use the resources to schedule group classes or can it only be used for individual appointments? It would be very helpful if there was a way to reserve resources along with group classes-that way I can schedule our classes in each of our classrooms and make sure we don't over lap or double book!
Please let me know if there is a way I or you guys could change the setting so that this would work. Thank you again for all the hard work you do!!

Payment on Pledges

| Hello! I am looking to run a report to see all donations paid against pledges in 2009; this would include pledges made in 2008 but paid in 2009. Can you help me with choosing the correct report parameters that would give us this data? Thank you so much for your help!

Banquet Question

| Hello!! We are setting up for our banquet and are trying to be really organized this year!! :)
So...I have set up a new event with the groups as table numbers with the table host as the group captain, I have also set up sponsors as individuals that have already registered for the banquet/want to sit at that particular table host's table. But, I have run into a problem...we have individuals sponsoring tables that are unable to attend the banquet...where should I put them?? Also, do you guys ... |

| Ok, thank you so much for your help! I have made a Mis Cellaneous table and I think that will work...
Another question-so I have table hosts/group captains that are also sponsoring their table (paying for that table). In order to enter their donation do I need to put them as a sponsor at their own table? It doesn't seem like I am able to enter a donation for the table sponsor/group captain-am I missing somthing or would you suggest I just add them to their table as a sponsor?? Thanks again ... |
