At risk Timeline input

| Thanks for all you do to help us do our jobs better.
I was hoping to get some clarification on the At Risk Timeline.
If a client has a negative PT is it correct to put "Not Applicable" for both after assessment questions (5 and 5b) on the Pregnancy Test form? I have been doing this and see that the At Risk Timeline will not record a assessment for stage 2. What would be the right way to record a negative test client on the At Risk Timeline and on PT form? Thanks for your help.

New Sonogram Form

| Blessings to you all!! I am having a problem with the new Sonogram form. The system is not accepting anything I put in question 4 #weeks pregnant. This is the first form I have done. I have tried all variations of ( 9ww, 9 ww, #9). The system will say "invalid numerical number" or " ...must be greater than 0". I am not sure if this is just a problem with the form or user error. | At our center we use the notes section to post schedules and meetings and our staff hours.

| I just want to encourage you to keep praying about where God wants you to go as a Center. We had a simular experience here at our Center. I have to say we all had to sift through the fear. If we operate with fear our clients do not receive what is best for them nor do they receive what God has planned. With that said it is a good idea for all staff members to go through NIFLA policy. All Staff who are involved in the Medical part need to know what NIFLA is saying. Plus our center and I ... |
