" saving" a lot of time

Dear E-Kyros, When I am on my donor information page and I want to add a category I have to select my categories then push the APPLY button, but this does not save the information, i must first save then move to another screen. I would like to have apply save the information so that we can move directly to activities or somewhere else. I know of countless times i have come back to the main screen for a particular donor just to see that i forgot all the steps to save information before moving on. Thank you again for all you do.

Hi David,
When you change categories you are "editing" the file. You must click the "Save" button on the file in order to save the changes. Changing categories is no different than changing contact information (such as name and address). In order for the changes to stick, you must click the SAVE button. |
