Client Zip Code Report

Brian
I pulled up a zip code report today and it showed 36 clients were from an unknown zip code. Any reason other than faulty data entry why it would show unknown?

Hi cogilmore,
Unknown's typically mean that a zip code has not been entered on the client file. In the statistics, you can drill-down on a number to view all the client files that do not have zip code. from there, you can click on the file to open it and update the zip code under the General tab.
Also each form under the activity list will need to have it's demographics refreshed. Clicking the refresh button next to the form under the activity list will pull the new zip code entered under the Genearl tab of the client file.
