donation breakdown

I input our donations and then typically do a weekly deposit. When I go to run the report for donations I have to run multiple reports and I get a whole month's worth. Could we be able to select multiple events, such as monthly support, quarterly, first time, that may be a part of one weeks deposit.
Is there a way now or in the near futurer that I can select a report and break it down by date rather than having to run a whole month's worth of data. I am matching my deposit up to the report that I run. Currently I am going in and highlighting what actually was apart of the deposit. Also, can we sort the report by date so they will be in order? |

Hi David,
Which specific report are you referring to? In the Donations List report, you can specify any date range you wish. If you leave the Event Field set to (All), you will get all donations received within the date range for all events. |

The smallest breakdown is by month. The ideal would be to break this down further by date range. I want to look at only what data I enter on August 9 since we have a deposit of 200 checks for example.

Ahhh...I see. We will update the report and allow you to enter a start and end date. In your example above, you would enter August 9 for both start and end date. that way you will see the donations just for that day.
