system freezing up

| Our Centers are all having periodic difficulties successfully entering data on the form that includes "concepts shared". In my particular case, once entering the concepts shared, thepage displays the choices I have entered, but I am unable to access anything on the screen except the X to close down the program. It doesn't happen ALL the time, just enough to test my patience and cause me to write this to you!! Please advise. |

We just made a small change to the Concepts form. We are hoping that the change may resolve your issue. Please let us know if the form still randomly freezes up. Thanks! |
