Pregnancy Test Outcome

| Where do I record the pregnancy test outcome? I know it is in there; I just can't find it. |

Hi Patty,
You can set pregnancy test outcomes 2 ways:
Option #1: Setting Pregnancy Outcome for a single client.
Open the client file and go to the *Pregnancy History* tab. Click the Set Outcome link under the Pregnancy Test Outcome History section. There, a pregnancy outcome wizard will popup allowing you to specify the outcome.
Option #2: Setting Pregnancy Outcomes for a list of clients.
Under Client Management, click on the Reports tab in the left margin. Run the *Pregnancy Test Follow up* report. In the Report Options, Set the due date to the year/month you would like to see client that are coming due. Also, set the Outcome filter to "Outcome does not exists". Click Run Report. The results will show you a list of clients with positive pregnancy tests that are coming due and where an outcome does not exist. You can print the list and contact each client, or click the Set Outcome button within the list. As you set each outcome from the list, the pregnancy test will be removed from the list.
Also, keep in mind, the outcomes will not be reflected in the statistics until the following day since the stats are updated each evening.
