Counseling only sessions

| I was wondering how I record and how it comes out on a report or statistic when clients just come in for counseling? I know there is a place on the pregnanct test form where you can mark if they had a test outside of the center but if I use that for counseling only clients, how does that show up on reports? |

Hi patty,
Assuming you are completing the Concepts Shared form each counseling session, you can run the Client Activity Statistics. Be sure to the select "Activity Type" measure in Column1 of the report. When your run the report, you will then see a Concepts Shared row that shows the number of clients that came in for counseling.
In CenterPiece, Concepts Shared = Counseling. Hope that helps. |
