Mailing list for class attendees

Brian,
Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think we currently have a way to send a mailing to clients that are positive and we would like to send a parenting or Post abortion class invitation.
One way we have thought of doing so is to add to our categories: English Parenting Class, Spanish parenting class, Abstinence club etc.
Do you see a better way for us to do this?

| Hmmm...one way to handle this is to add the client to a class waiting list. (Each class has it's own waiting list.) You access the waiting list from the Client Management/Group Classes form. We can then add a report that will allow you to print out each waiting list for mail merge. What do you think? |
