System Shutdown

We were wondering what would happen if for some reason the entire ekyros system shut down. Is all of our information backed up and saved somewhere, or would all of our information be lost?

Hi Mevla,
Yes, as part of your subscription agreement, we provide professionally managed data backup services. Your data is backed up automatically each evening.
The database server we use is also an "Enterprise" class server that has a lot of redundancy built in. We have a RAID 5 hard disk configuration where if one disk fails, we can replace it with a new disk without taking the server down. None of your data would be lost, and CenterPiece users wouldn't even know, because the system would just keep running.
