Pregnany test form

Can you add a block for "songram that was scheduled and a place to record when the sono was scheduled on the pregnancy test form?

Hi Lori,
This is the first time we've recieved this request. Most centers use the appointment book to schedule sonograms. You can even setup a sonogram machine as a "resource", and track it's availability. We you create an appointment, all you have to do is specify the client name, and associate the sonogram machine to the appointment (under the resource tab). Please let me know if that will do. |

I am not looking for a place to schedule an ultrasound. I just want the "history" logged in the client file that an ultrasound was scheduled.

Anything would be fine, as long as when I pull up that client history I see she was scheduled for an ultrasound for that visit.

For now, try adding a note. Then, print the File Summary Report for the client prior to meeting. This report provides a summary of all activities, pregnancy history etc...and it also prints any notes on the file.
