Pledge Statements just for Recent Event

Is there a way to pull Pledge Statements from a recent event to send out as a reminder / thank you to our supporters for making a pledge.
We enter all of our banquet donations over the years as one event not a new event each year so I am not able to filter them by year. We don't cancel pledges until they end their giving, so we have pledges that have been running for several years. I would like to pull a statement for all of our new pledges so they will have something for their records and as a point for us to thank them for their support.
The dates very based on when they want to start and if it is a one time pledge to be given in next 90 days or monthly that will start sometime over the next month.
When I try to pull pledge statements, it is primarily pulling the ones set up previously, not just this current event. it is also just pulling the ones that are due now, not the ones due in 90 days. If I push the date out, it looks like they owe for 3 months. Would be nice if there was a way to pull a report or letter from the batch entry or based off a batch entry.

Hi Angie,
I recommend setting up events for each year so you are able to see how much your event raised that year versus having a generalized "Baby Bottle" or "Walk for Life" it is best to have "2024 Walk for Life" or "2024 Banquet" so you can see how much that is raising because as you are finding, they give over the course of time. The system is intended to have unique events like this which allows for you to pull a specific event for donation/pledge statements or manage your pledges. I recommend cancelling out pledges older than 2 years for cleaner data. Another idea would be to set number of payments to 12 perhaps so that should they not pay you wouldn't have open ended pledges.
Based on how you are currently entering data (a single shared event, not canceling old pledges) there isn't a way for you to pull just the current pledges for this year because the reports goal is to pull all pledges that have a payment due that month.
One option would be to run the Pledges Report, for your desired date range of when the pledge was created, and view as a letter to create your own custom statement/letter view so it is only pulling your current pledges.

I always appreciate the help and support that you give us! We can look into setting up a separated event for future events. At this point we have already had the event, entered all of our donations and pledges and now ready to send out reminders about the pledges.
Can you submit it as a possible update where pledges can be pulled or downloaded from the batch or based on set up date? Similar to a first time donor list. A new pledge list or something along those lines. I assume I am not the only one running into this issue after all other data has been entered.
I may try pulling them for each month they are due and deleting any that were set up prior to this event. That will be cumbersome and time consuming, but the only way I can think to do it.
