Still using the forums?

| I've returned to pregnancy center ministry after several years, and I notice the forums don't seem as active. Should CenterPiece users continue to use the forums for support? Thanks! |

Dear Allison, Great to hear you're back in the Ministry and saving babies! Welcome back!
Regarding your question. We provide many avenues for support:
1-forums. The forums are a great place to learn what others are asking and post specific questions you may have.
2-email. We also provide email support by sending questions to support@ekyros.com
3-phone. You can call us directly @ 469-293-3079 (if you forget the number, it's posted at the top of our website). We are on a call back basis. Our goal is to get back to you by end of day but, in most cases, it only takes an hour or two a for call back.
That all said, most centers call their dedicated account manager or email support these days. However, you can always post here to the forums and search our knowledge base of answers.

Forums are also great place to ask questions after business hours. In most cases, you'll get a quick response.  |
