Hello- since the portal upgrade, we are unable to print intake forms from the MI files. Please advise- thanks ! |

Hi Grasshopper, what form are you referring to? We didn't change any print functionality in the latest release. |

We cannot print the Health History form using the icon. Must highlight and print. Could our PC be the issue? Thanks!

In client file- edit health history- PRINT icon on lower left at end of form not working. We use Windows and Chrome. Thanks!

Hi, I am sorry to hear you are having an issue printing the Health History Form. I cannot reproduce the issue on my end in our Demo site. I am running Windows11 and printed the Health History Form without issue in both GChrome and Edge browsers. Please give us a call and we can troubleshoot further with you directly.
