Appointment Scheduling

We would love two features to be added!
1. That we can add a new appointment from within the client file like you can a case visit.
2. When scheduling appointments, we can set multiple in the same pop-up. I.e., there is a button to select another appointment time. Then you would choose the new time/date/resource info.
We have so many clients that come in weekly that this would be a great time saver for us.

Thank you for posting to the forum and for sharing feature feedback!
1. I don't believe we've had this feedback before, but I am happy to share it with our development team for consideration. Creating and managing appointments are really Office management and scheduler functions, but I will log this request for consideration. Feel free to share with your designated Account Manager if you want to share more specifics on how and why this functionality would be beneficial.
2. I totally get it! You probably have a lot of clients coming in for education that are coming in weekly and often same day and time. While there is a conflict with the resource view that keeps us from adding an actual recurring appointment form (like you can for the group class roster), we have been considering adding a "save and new" function to the appointment form that would make this a much faster process. You have this ability when adding a timecard or a customer survey. The bottom of the appointment form could have a "save and new" button so you don't have to close it, just use the date picker to move it out a week and click "save and new" again and then "save" when all weeks are booked. I will help advocate for this as I think there are many centers that would love this functionality for the same reason.
