Eykros connect with Ministry Snyc

We are just getting ready to start using this feature for our Walk for Life. My question is about duplicates. If I manually enter Walk Captains and then download the data from Ministry Sync will it duplicate to Captain data?

Hi scpcljculler,
Thank you for posting your question to the forums. When you do a download, the Walk Captains will just download as "registrations" and show no gift was attached. You have the ability to create a Donor file with their contact information (only if it doesn't already exist) with a single click. Otherwise, there is a button that will remove or void all $0 transactions (registrations) in a click after adding any needed files.
