Copy of statement not generating in activity tab

| We just noticed recently that for the year of 2022, a copy of the receipt statements are not being saved and noted under that activity tab in a donor profile. It used to do this automatically for us when we generated a receipt, but it is no longer doing so. The task of creating batch receipts has changed hands so we are not sure if there is a step we are missing. |

Hi Emma,
It sounds like the batch receipts are not being saved, once you run the Statements you would add your logo and letter and then in the top left you would click "Save Statements" and be able to see saved statements in the donor record. I have included the training video link below
