Clients per Advocate

| Is there a way to run a report for each advocate with the clients they've seen in a month (or any other time period)? |

Hi BekahNPRC,
Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend running the Case Status Report which shows each case based on when it originated and the originating staff/volunteer. You can export and Print this report. You would access this by Logging in to CenterPiece, click on Client, click on Reports, click Run Report on Case Status Report, select date range OR Case Status: Open and lastly Run Report. You will see the last 2 columns display Last Visit Date and Last Correspondence Date.

Hello, BekahNPRC! Thank you for reaching out! Another option could run an Activity Statistic Report by Staff/Volunteer and run report by a specific Month. The report would give you the total of activity forms a staff/volunteer would be tied to. You then would need to export to Excel and deduplicate by the File ID to get a unique count of clients seen by staff/volunteer. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you need additional help. I have added the steps to take to deduplicate in Excel.
In the Excel file go to Data>Remove Duplicates Icon (located in the Data Tools Section)>Click Unselect All Button when Remove Duplicate Window pop up>Check File ID box>Click OK
