Issue with Individual Education Form Saving

I am having an issue with the Individual Education Form saving. It will open and I can enter the info, but when I click Save and Close nothing happens. I can close the form, but it is not saved even if I have clicked on Save.

I just tested this in our demo site and couldn't reproduce the issue, I am going to give you a call so we can troubleshoot this together!

| I reset my modem and restarted my router and computer and that seemed to be the problem. Thanks for your help with this. |
