Listing Donors by City

Good morning all! We are in a rural area and our Center assists clients from several small towns and our donor base is in several towns. Is there a way to create mailing labels based on our donor's cities? It looks to me like I would need to create a new File Category. Is that correct?

| Hello Pam, Yes, you can create file categories; that is one way. You can also run a batch receipts report, change into list view, then sort by city and change to label view.
