Difficulty enrolling in classes

Hi,
A few of us have had difficulty enrolling clients in our classes. When we go to 'enroll' and then 'enroll from database' and type in their name and nothing pops up. Is that a bug? On of my coworkers said that happened to her for a while, and then she was able to enroll normally at a later date.

Hello lclary221,
Thank you for reaching out! You have to be sure to click the "Search" button to the right, I encourage centers to search by the first few letters of the last name or , FirstName in case of any misspellings. Try clicking "Search" and let me know if this fixes the issue.

| When we hit 'Search' nothing happens at all. That is the problem. You can put part of a name or a whole name, but absolutely nothing happens when you hit search. |
