Good Morning!
We are finding that we are performing multiple services on the same day for clients (pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI testing, etc.). Currently, that only indicates one case visit - even if they leave the facility and return later. I know that currently we cannot add more than one case visit to a day. Is this possible to change?

Thanks for reaching out to the forum!
It is commonplace that during most all visits to a center, a client will receive multiple services such as in your example. For certain services that take place with different team members (staff/vol), you may want to add them to your scheduler as separate appointments. A client can have multiple appointments for different services in a day.
But all services that take place roll up to a daily case visit which is just to indicate the date the services were provided at this center location. So whether a client had one service or many throughout a day, the daily case visit form is just to indicate the "date the services were received".
If a center has more than one location and the client received services on the same day from multiple locations, they would have a visit for each location on the same day that differentiates what services were provided at each physical location.
