clients unable to sign mobile intake forms Posted: 11 Jan 2021 09:46 AM |
We have had two clients last week that were able to completely fill out the mobile forms, but when they got to the final signature, it was saying that it did not match and they were unable to complete their forms. We checked spelling of names and any extra spaces, but that doesn't seem to be the issue. Any suggestions on what we might do next? |

Hi Laura,
It's best to call us and give us more details. We can also lookup the name(s) in your database to ensure there are no spaces. We have seen issues where there is an apostrophe in the client's name and the default character on iPhone is different than the character on windows and android devices. Any chance they have an apostrophe in their name?

We have had multiple issues with the apostrophe character. I didn't know that the characters on iPhone were different. We use a work around on iPhones by highlighting the name below the signature line, copying and pasting it. This resolves most of the issues but sometimes we have to start all over and remove the apostrophe until after the mobile intake has been completed. |
